Our Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services and products purchased by customers through the Gold Ölmühle Zürich online shop. By confirming an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The products, services, and prices published at www.[goldoel].ch constitute an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the (resolutory) condition of non-delivery or incorrect pricing (on the part of Gold Oil Mill). This means that non-delivery may occur due to items no longer being available. Furthermore, it is also possible that we may have incorrectly displayed the prices in the online shop.

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places their order via the online shop, in the store, by telephone, or by email. For online orders, the customer receives an automatically generated order confirmation by email. Receipt of this automatically generated order confirmation does not constitute a guarantee that the product is actually available or can be delivered. It merely informs the customer that the order has been received by Gold Ölmühle Zürich and that a contract has therefore been formed, subject to the condition subsequent of non-delivery.

If any of the aforementioned (terminating) conditions occur, the contract will be terminated immediately and without the involvement of either party. We will inform our customers of such termination immediately. As a result of such termination, Gold Ölmühle Zürich is not obligated to provide a replacement delivery.

3. Prices and shipping costs

The customer agrees to pay using the payment methods provided by Gold Ölmühle Zürich. After the purchase, the customer will receive a receipt via email, and the order will be processed and prepared for shipment by Gold Ölmühle Zürich.

The prices listed on the product page include VAT and other price components such as packaging and are in Swiss francs (CHF). The exact shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the order process. No other taxes or costs will be incurred (with the exception of customs duties for deliveries abroad).

Gold Oil Mill Zurich reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the date of order apply to customers.

4. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Gold Oil Mill until full payment is received.

5. Delivery conditions

Physical goods are delivered within Switzerland and the EU. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery time to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is 5 to 10 business days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed no later than the end of this period. If no information is provided, the customer is entitled to cancel the order.

If not all ordered products are in stock, Gold Ölmühle is entitled to make partial deliveries.

Should delivery of the goods fail due to the customer's fault despite three delivery attempts, Gold Ölmühle Zürich may withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately after deduction of expenses such as packaging and postage.

6. Right of withdrawal

For returns, we require that the product in question, along with a detailed description of the reason for the return and a copy of the invoice with which the product was delivered, be sent or delivered to Gold Ölmühle Zürich. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The warranty is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the damaged goods.

7. Warranty and Liability

The warranty period, in accordance with the following provisions, is indicated by the best-before date on the products, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. A two-year warranty applies to products that are not labelled with a best-before date.

If a defect is due to improper use, storage and handling of the products, any warranty is void to the extent that the defect is attributable to this.

Minor deviations from the promised properties of the products do not give rise to any warranty rights.

Liability for normal wear and tear, as well as consumables/accessories/enclosed materials, is excluded.

Warranty claims against Gold Ölmühle Zürich are only available to the direct buyer and are not transferable.

Claims for damages are excluded against both Gold Ölmühle and our agents and subcontractors, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. All liability for consequential damages is excluded.

8. Disclaimer

The author assumes no liability whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or correctness of the information provided.

Liability claims against the author for damages of a material or immaterial nature arising from access to or use or non-use of the published information, from misuse of the connection or from technical malfunctions are excluded.

All offers are non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice, or to temporarily or permanently discontinue publication.
