Our Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all services and products purchased by customers through the Gold Ölmühle Zürich online shop. Upon confirmation of the order, these general terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the customer.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The products, services, and prices published at www.[goldoel].ch are considered an offer. However, this offer is always subject to the (resolutive) condition of impossibility of delivery or incorrect pricing (on the part of Gold Ölmühle). This means that non-delivery may occur due to items no longer being available. Furthermore, it is also possible that we have not listed the correct prices in the shop.

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places their order via the online shop, in the store, by telephone, or by email. The arrival of the order for an online order is notified to the customer via an automatically generated order confirmation via email. Receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not constitute a guarantee that the product is actually available or can be delivered. It merely informs the customer that the submitted order has been received by Gold Ölmühle Zürich and that the contract has thus been concluded, which is subject to the resolutive condition of non-delivery.

If one of the above-mentioned (resolutive) conditions occurs, the contract will be terminated immediately and without the involvement of the parties. We will notify our customers of such termination immediately. As a result of such termination, Gold Ölmühle Zürich is not obligated to provide a replacement delivery.

3. Prices and shipping costs

The customer agrees to pay using the payment methods provided by Gold Ölmühle Zürich. After the purchase, the customer will receive a receipt via email, and the order will be assembled and prepared for shipping by Gold Ölmühle Zürich.

The prices listed on the product page include statutory VAT and other price components such as packaging and are in Swiss francs (CHF). The exact shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process. No other taxes or charges apply (with the exception of customs duties for deliveries abroad).

Gold Ölmühle Zürich reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the date of the order apply to customers.

4. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Gold Ölmühle until full payment has been made.

5. Delivery conditions

Physical goods are delivered within Switzerland and the EU. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time for Switzerland and Liechtenstein is 5 to 10 business days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, the customer will be informed no later than after this time. If no notification is provided, the customer is entitled to forgo delivery.

If not all ordered products are in stock, Gold Ölmühle is entitled to make partial deliveries.

Should delivery of the goods fail due to the customer's fault despite three delivery attempts, Gold Ölmühle Zürich may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded immediately after deduction of expenses such as packaging and postage.

6. Right of withdrawal

For returns, we require that the affected product be sent or delivered to Gold Ölmühle Zürich, along with a detailed description of the reason for the return and a copy of the invoice with which the product was delivered. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The warranty is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the damaged goods.

7. Warranty and Liability

The warranty, in accordance with the following provisions, is stated on the products with the best-before date, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. A two-year warranty applies to products declared without a best-before date.

If a defect is due to improper use, storage or handling of the products, any warranty shall be void to the extent that the defect is due to this.

Minor deviations from the guaranteed properties of the products do not trigger any warranty claims.

Liability for normal wear and tear, as well as consumables/accessories/enclosed material is excluded.

Warranty claims against Gold Ölmühle Zürich are available only to the direct purchaser and are not transferable.

Claims for damages against Gold Ölmühle and its vicarious agents are excluded, unless there is intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Any liability for consequential damages is excluded.

8. Disclaimer

The author assumes no liability whatsoever for the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability and completeness of the information provided.

Liability claims against the author for material or immaterial damages resulting from access to, use of or non-use of the published information, misuse of the connection or technical malfunctions are excluded.

All offers are non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice, or to temporarily or permanently cease publication.
