Hemp oil spaghetti
Ingredients:
4 tbsp hemp seeds
4 tbsp hemp oil
1 garlic clove
Peel of one organic lemon
1 red chili pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
400 g spelt spaghetti
100 g baby spinach
Optional: Parmesan
While the spaghetti is cooking, briefly roast the hemp seeds in a frying pan without fat and let them cool.
Mix the hemp oil with the crushed garlic, grated lemon peel, finely chopped chili pepper and hemp seeds in a bowl.
Add the spinach to the spaghetti, cooked al dente, and then drain the spaghetti. Set aside 1 dl of the cooking water.
Drain the spaghetti and spinach and add them to the hemp oil along with the reserved cooking water. Mix everything well and serve on plates.
Season with salt and serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
