We source our apricots from sustainable, pesticide-free farms. To preserve as many fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes as possible, our oils are cold-pressed at temperatures below 37 degrees Celsius – a difference you can taste and feel.

It is suitable as a natural makeup remover or as a base for homemade scrubs. Apricot kernel oil salad dressing

3 tablespoons apricot kernel oil
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp fig mustard

It tastes great on finely grated fennel; for an exotic touch, you can sprinkle everything with a teaspoon of dried pomegranate seeds.
